Question about Oki Electric Industry MB280 MFP 22PPM 120V-E/F/P/S Printer
First, you need to turn on the service bit:
1. Press the down arrow button, #, then *
2. The machine will display SOS1/SOS2. Press 'OK' on SOS1. It should be set to 00100001. The cursor will be blinking under the first '0'. Press '1' to change it to a 1. Press OK.
3. Hit the red cancel button (the one with the upside down triangle in a circle). The Printer will go back online (or to the memory error).
Next, to clear the memory, press down arrow, #, 8. This will clear out any documents in memory.
Now, go back and and set the service bit back to 0, just like before, except changing it to '0' instead of '1'. If you don't change it back, you will have issues when you go to change toners.
