I own a One-for-All universal remote, and my booklet says that the setup code for a Proton TV (without a built-in DVD or VCR) is 0178. I can not guarantee that this number will work with your remote, but it is worth a try.
Yes it is digital and so is an off / on switch digital 1=on 0= off depending on how you want to market something you could pertty much call anything digital even speakers although they are actualy nonsense as there is no such thing.
