Question about LG HBM-710 Wireless Headset
When I pair my bluetooth with my phone, it does not say it is a LG HBM 710, it calls itself Master Russell? I don't know where that came from. Also, I no longer am able to enter in the 0000 pass code to pair. I have no idea what the number is any more. Any way to reset the LG or to give it a new code without knowing the old one?
Sounds like someone "hacked" your headset and changed the code and display name. if you don't know the new code then my only suggestion would be head to your local distributor (probably a Verizon store) and ask them to reset your headset for you.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
