It can a problem with your graphics card or your Ram,
Try removing your graphics card and reboot the machine. If it works then it's the problem with the Graphics Card. If it is not working then and still sticking with the old 3 beeps then Remove your Rams and Insert them individually or replace with a spare one or a new and see if it works.
Usually this will solve your problem. Please let me know if you can't solve even after doing this solutions
