Unlock code not found

I recently have boughta w810i from someone, the phone is cingular- i need it unlocked. i have tried an online service and took it to a local repair store, both of which cannot find the unlock code. Does anyone have a clue whats going on? I am getting a multi-server cable soon, but have never flashed a phone before- could this potentially easemy dilemma?

Only cellularclinic.com have solution to this problem

How do i unlock my Sony ericsson W810i phone, provider is Cingular USA
You can lock the SIM and/or the phone. PIN or SECURITY codes you'll have to use one or the other of the codes so in this case you have three ie: 1 for SIM #1 and 1 for SIM #2 plus 1 security code for the phone.
Put the original SIM in the phone and go to tools and switch off phone security code. Then change sim.
