Your problem is caused by 2 worn photoconductor units. If you open the front door like you are changing toner, the photoconductor units will be mounted to the door that swings down. You will see should see four units one for each color, red, blue, yellow and black. If you look at the red and black units the ends will look different than the blue and yellow. The photo units have teflon coating that wears off and causes your proble. The replacement part number is C53030x and you will need 2 of them. Just replace the red and black ones and your printer will be back to normal. If you can't locate them locally, let me know and we can ship them to you.

Hi, I believe you will have to replace the PC units pretty soon, Here is an article that explains the process pretty good, plus it gives you the step by step guide on how to reset the PC units once the new ones are installed.
