Question about Brother MFC9320CW All-In-One Printer
Printer: Brother MFC9320CW drums end soon message appeared and we replaced the drums but the message will not go away. What do we need to do to get the printer to recognize the new drums?

This message would continue to appear if the drum counter was not reset when you replaced the drum. To reset the drum counter, follow the instructions listed below.
Open the front cover.
Press the Options key on the control panel.
The display will show "REPLACE DRUM - 1.YES 2.NO".
Press 1 to reset the drum count.
Close the front cover.

This drove me crazy recently...
The Reset Parts Life option is not available unless the "Drum End Soon" message is on the display. If you replace the drum before this message appears, you'll have to wait to reset the count.
