This is a common problem on the Wii. In fact we had the same issue back when we first bought our Wii. It was under warranty though so Nintendo paid for it including sending back our Mario Kart game.
If you are under warranty or less then a month out of warranty Nintendo is usually pretty awesome to bend there policy and help. If not its worth having them fix it just pay what they ask i think its $70.

you have three choices, 1. send it to get disc out, 2. take apart yourself or 3. keep pressing eject button till comes out, ( try laying it flat, on side and upside down).

With the Wii Console vertical, the discs should be loaded with the shiny side to the left. If you are loading like this and all discs are being ejected, then you very probably have a problem with the Wii Console.
