If I am right, Turbo 21 is a game on www.pogo.com . I know I used to play it! If the website administrators changed your username, then I would contact them to give you your points back.

Tip

A lot of methods are available to recover or reset the Windows password. The...

If you have forgotten your WINDOWS password, you should, in most cases be able to either recover or remove the password.

Before you try one of the methods below, there may be an easy way to find or reset your passwords, This method was pointed out to me by another Expert on this site ratz01

1. First reboot Windows XP in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeated as the computer starts up. IF it still asks you for a password in safe mode, type ctrl+Alt+delete and try log in as Administrator
2. Then (in safe mode) click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes, of course)
3. You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrators account and will be able to reset the lost password.
4. Just click the administrators user account (or the target user's account), and then click Reset Password. You will need to add a new password in the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and confirm by clicking OK.
5. All done, you have recovered the lost password ;-) If this method wont work for you, try these other methods

You need to make a BOOTABLE CD from a downloaded ISO file.
You will need an image burning program, I use IMGBURN, its free and small.
Download the file and burn the image.
Put the CD in the drive and boot your PC/Laptop ( you may need to enter the bios and set the CD/DVD drive as your 1st boot device.

Use OPHCRACK To RECOVER the password. download here.. (XP and Vista Versions)

Use Offline NT Password & Registry Editor to REMOVE the password, download here.. http://pcsupport.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi=1/XJ&zTi=1&sdn=pcsupport&cdn=compute&tm=11&gps=525_323_1276_818&f=00&su=p284.9.336.ip_p504.1.336.ip_&tt=4&bt=1&bts=1&zu=http%3A//pogostick.net/%7Epnh/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html

Looking for word document I did not save

The power just went out while you working on an important document you forgot to save.

Do not panic because Microsoft Word comes equipped with a feature that automatically will recover files you did not save.

Typically, this feature works by default.

The program allows you to change how often Word saves your documents and you can adjust the location where Microsoft Word saves these "Auto Recover" files.

Open up Microsoft Word.

Do not click on a file to open the program.

Instead, open the program by double-clicking on the program's icon.

Allow the program to load for a couple of minutes before clicking on anything.

Look on the left side of the screen.

If Microsoft Word recovered the file, a "Document Recovery" task pane will load.

Find the file's date.

Double-click on the file in the "Document Recovery" pane.

This will open the file in Microsoft Word.

Click on the "File Menu" and select "Save As."

Save the document as a ".doc" file type, and type a name for your document in the "File Name" box.

or

Open Microsoft Word to determine if the program auto-recovered your document.

If your software is set to auto-save your document every couple of minutes, when the program is restarted, any document that was not saved prior to closing, may appear in the auto-recover window on the left side of the screen.

Click on your document, and the last-saved file will open.

However, anything you typed after the last auto-save is gone, but at least you haven't lost the entire document.

Search the auto-recover files manually if the auto-recover pane did not appear when you opened MS Word.

Click the Start menu at the bottom of your computer screen, and click "Search." Some operating systems have the search option as a part of the Start menu.

Search for "*.asd" to search for any recovered files.

If you find the file, open Word, and click "Open" in the menu.

Search through all files, and locate the file that ended in .asd. Click "Open" to view your file.

If you are using Word 2002 or 2003, you need to restart your computer after clicking "Open." Re-open Word after your computer re-boots to view the recovered file.

Check your backup files.

If you have the "Always create backup copy" option selected in Word, you may be able to find a backup copy of your document.

Find the location where you last saved the document.

Check for the extension .wbk.

If there aren't any, search your whole computer for files with that extension.

Open your file by clicking "Open" in Word, and search all files for the .wbk extension.

Once you locate the file, click "Open."

Look in the temporary files on your computer.

Complete a search for files that end in the extension .tmp by typing "*.tmp" into the search box.

Narrow the search down to specific dates of when you were working on the document.

If the file does not show up, try searching for the "~*.*" convention.

Some temporary files are in this format instead.

If your document is now in your temporary files, you will need to recover the damaged document.

Search for it within Word.

Click "Open and Repair" when you find it.

Hope this helps

How can I recover lost firmware password for sun blade 2500 silver

You will probably need to reset the NVRAM, and there is a jumper for that on the system board. (likely Jumper 21)

E-Machines T3120 Keeps Rebooting

Try rebooting in Safe Mode (generally by pressing F8 as it comes up from a cold reboot). This will let you reset the PC to a date previous to when your cousin changed settings. You won't lose any documents or photos, it just puts system settings back to that point in time. Safe mode will look a little different than you're used to but that will be okay when done. After it comes up, go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore. Pick a calendar date that is in bold as this will have restore points for you to choose from. Make sure the radio button is picked that says restore my computer to an earlier time, click okay and let the system do its thing. This will take a few minutes. Let me know if this works for you or if you have any other questions.

You should contact www.pogo.com support and ask them why your name got changed. Is it possible that you just forgot your passord on the other name that you used?

Cant log on

you will have to press F8 to get into safe mode, then select start windows in safe mode. when in safe mode select the administrator account and then log in on that, then go to your user account and either delete the password or delete your account, all saved docs will still be there in an old folder with your account name if you need to delete the account. restart the pc as normal then you should be able to log on without the need for a password.
