Question about Epson RX595 Photo All-In-One Printer
This printer suddenly bricked. No power light, no response at all. Had been working earlier in the day. No apparent cause (i.e., lightning, a fall or spill, etc.). Resigning myself to the probability that this 1 1/2 y.o. printer is going to have to be replaced rather than repaired.
If you have any ideas I'd love to hear them. We have power at the end of the cord as measured with my vom.
In the meantime, the more pressing question is: how do I get the print head to slide over so that I can get the ink cartridges out? Something blocks it, looks like a small white part that probably moves out of the way somehow.
Hi usually the printer need power for the print head to slide in position for you to access it, or you may have to disassemble the printer to get out the cartridges.

printer, and put it back after 30 seconds.
