You need to check the condenser fan and compressor to see if they are running. Check any fuses or breakers for them. If the breakers/fuses are good then check the contactor. If that's ok the check the capacitor(s) for them. Let me know what you find.

Why is it blowing warm air?

U say the compressor fan is running. How about the compressor - is that running? Without the latter running there is no way you will ever get cold air!

Check for bad start cap/start relay.

Why did SPT Portable Air Conditioner stopped blowing cold air?

Unit needs to be taken apart and washed out , also check to see if motor turns freely by hand , clean base of unit fans / blowers and drain ports / channels . Check outdoor motor to see if bearings are tight or fan overheats and cuts off if so replace outdoor motor .

I have a split system air conditioner that quit blowing cold air

either the compressor is not running or you have a leak and are low on freon. the outside fan running does not tell you the compressor is running.

If it doesn't cool at all there is a fault in the system preventing it from cooling down properly and building pressure like it should. You will need to have this checked by a service tech.

Freezer gets cold fan dont work fridge dosnt get cold

The fridge relies on the freezer fan to supply it's air flow. If the unit is running and the freezer fan is not, then most likely it is the evaporator fan motor that has failed. You can access it by removing the inside back wall of the freezer. If you need help get me the complete model number out of the fridge and I can pull up the breakdown to help walk you through it.
