Question about HP Computers & Internet
I have a hp pavillion a1220n desktop. When I turn on my PC the hp Invent blues screen is frozen and won't let me pass that point. I press esc, F1, and F8 but it seems that my keyboard doesn't work either? I was just on it an hour ago and it worked fine. I moved and it clicked and to the hp invent screen and it hasn't done anything since. I've tried unplugging all compnents that were connected to the USB ports... nuthing. I have tried unplugging the power cord for a minute and plugging it back in... nuthin. I'm very computer illiterate so please bare with me.
If the F8 key will not work upon turning this computer on the computer has a virus. A reboot CD will be needed which will correct this problem
Good Reboot disc can be purchased on Ebay from this seller.....
Ask for STEVE by name. He will respond quickly with questions pertaining your computer
I have purchased a Vista & a XP reboot disc from hime which did the trick. I had the same problem as you do
