Question about Hayward H Series Pool & Spa Heater 400k Btu Propane Gas Milivolt Ignition H400p1

Open Question

Hayward H400IDL pool heater. Lights with big

I have a Hayward H400IDL pool heater. Lights with big woosh, almost a mini explosion. Stays lit for about 5 seconds then goes out. Tries 2 more times then gives an IF code.
I have cleaned all the burners and orifices, and changed the flame sensor.
The ignitor is getting 240volts @ 4 amps.
Any suggestions where to go from here would be appreciated.
Thanks

SOURCE: hayward pool heater pilot won't stay on

a short circuit in the heater wire will cause an immediate loss of all flame, pilot and main; check the wiring diagram and make sure your pilot wires go to the PP and PP/TH terminals; make sure the terminals are clean and the connection is good; you are dealing with .320 volts DC, any bad connection drops the voltage below the required minimum.

SOURCE: Hayward H400 Pool heater will not stay lit

"IF" - Hayward Pool Heater Fails to Ignite: the most common reason for this problem is insufficient gas supply. The Hayward heater LED display will show a diagnostic fault code of "IF" which stands for Ignition Failure. Undetected gas pressure problems if not investigated properly may result in unnecessary replacement and servicing of your Hayward Pool Heater.

0. Check the spark ignitor conection to the board
1. Check the water by-pass valve if you have it
2. Check your gas pressure. (5-7"wc for natural gas, 9-13"wc for propane gas)
3. Clean your filter for your water system or remove it and try again
4. Check the Hi-limits on your heater
5. Replace the thermostat
