Question about Tefal Ultimate EZ Clean Pro Deep Fryer
There are only about three things that can cause it not to heat up...
no power...make sure that the outlet is hot and the plug is connected properly at the outlet and the fryer...
this is more dificult to check, but if you can get a meter on the outgoing side of the thermostat.. make sure electric is getting to the heating element...
The heating element...
if power is coming from the t-stat to the element then you have a bad element...
personally if this is a nearly new piece... I would just return it and get it replaced with a new one...
hopefully you bought it at a customer friendly store that will gladly accept returns...

Blinking lights would stop and should be able to use your dishwasher normally. If the light is still blinking try and reset the power to the dishwasher and try again. If still the light is blinking then check for the connections on the keypad, it may be due to moisture or shorted connections on keypad.
Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.
