I have an HP C4750 that will not turn off, its my second one. It has the HP logo stuck on the display. I read the solution to a similar problem that says to turn off the router and then the printer. Again, the printer does not turn off. If you unplug it it goes back to the hp screen when you plug it back in. Is there a way to factory reset this.

There are a few possible reasons why your LG Env3 is only displaying the Verizon logo:
The phone is stuck in a boot loop: This can happen if the phone's software becomes corrupt, causing the phone to continuously reboot and display the Verizon logo.
The phone is stuck in a firmware update: If the phone was in the middle of a firmware update and the update failed, it may be stuck in a loop and only display the Verizon logo.
The phone has a hardware issue: If the phone's hardware has become damaged or malfunctioning, it may only be able to display the Verizon logo.
The phone is locked: If the phone is locked with a passcode or pattern and you've tried to enter it multiple times, it may display the Verizon logo.
If you're unable to fix the problem by yourself, the best solution would be to contact the manufacturer or the carrier to get the phone checked.
It is also possible that the phone was previously owned by someone else, it may be locked to a carrier and the only option is to contact the carrier and ask for assistance
If you are using a Xerox printer, you might have faced a system error problem, similar to "System error 09.038.46:113334" or something within that line.
I faced a similar error message like this a few months ago and i solved it using the following steps.
The ink count sensor flags were stuck. Verify that the ink is correct and genuine and then reset the system and error message by performing the following steps:
1- Turn on the printer 2- Wait for the xerox logo to begin moving across the display 3- Before the logo is centered on the display (stops moving) press and hold the "back" and "help" buttons on the control panel. 4- Hold both buttons until the display reads "beginning service mode initialization".Release the buttons and the printer reboots into service mode with the "Service Diagnostics" menu displayed 5- Then scroll until you find function menu then click "OK" 6- Scroll until you find "Clear ISC" fault and press "OK" 7- Click back several times and then reboot the machine.
If you follow these exact steps your problem should be solved.

Check where you feed the paper you could have something in the way i remember one time i had a ecig charger stuck in mine it did the same thing more than likely something fell in there.
Turn the printer on.
Lift the lid.
Look inside the lid -- some printers have "instructions" printed there.
Or, just wait 10 seconds, and the print-head will slide into position.
Push down on the ink-cartridge to "unlock" it from its socket.
Gently remove the ink-cartridge.
first of all turn off the router and then turn off the printer, wait for 30seconds and then turn on the printer and check if the printer turns on and works fine..once its starts working fine then go to the EWS page of the router and then change the WPA key to WEP..that should work..if its still the same then it is a hardware issue, you need to get the printer replaced..
Hello. I'm afraid this one is a critical issue. If your product is in warranty or out of warranty , it would be better to upgrade to a newer model as this is a serious flaw in the printer.
