Question about Alpine CDE-9852 CD Player

When you push that power button it draws power from a 12volt constant and sends it to the acc on the deck witch tells it to turn on and off! this acc may be shared with the ing acc. now the only way that it could start your engine is if this acc is grounding out to stater,ing,acc wires etc,remote car starter involed?
