The actual cause of this will depend on what type of shower unit this relates to - ie Mixer Valve, Electric Shower etc.

Generally though if the unit is new and therefore under the manufacturers warranty period the best course of action would be to contact Triton Service Dept direct - Tel 0844 980 0750 where a in warranty service visit may be arranged for you.

I have a triton t100xr shower as soon I press the on switch the power keeps tripping off, please can you help?

Chances the trip switch is not high enough,as in it may need a higher amp than what has been installed. You should be able to check this out by looking at the fuse board. If memory serves me right it should be 40 amp.Check this out in the paperwork that came with the shower. If not contact Triton, they are most helpful & easy to deal with. Their number can be got on Triton site. Be VERY careful when touching any wiring either @ the fuse board or the shower.

The water flow from my triton electric shower does not stop even after unit is switched off

28487001 is not an electronic shower head made by Hansgrohe. It is an overhead shower head that has no electronic parts. Triton is a completely different company. If you have an electronic shower system by Triton you will need to contact Triton. If you have a Hansgrohe product feel free to contact Hansgrohe at 1-800-334-0455.

Your water pressure and flow rate are too low. Check for blockage or try a miser shower head.

I have a drip, drip, drip from my shower head on my triton t90x can you please advise. thank you

A shower head will drip for a period of time but I will assume that it is dripping continually. Servicing the Mixing Valve is what is needed to fix the continual drip. there are several 'O' rings washers that eventually wear down causing problems. These parts are serviceable and kits with instructions can be purchased at plumbing shops, DIY Stores, Hardware Stores. I hope this has helped thanks for using FIXYA. Good luck and have a great day. A single handle delta shower control lets water drip through shower head when shut off......how do I fix it ?

Make sure the drip is continuous because the shower head will drip for a few minutes until it empties out. Replace the cartridge or washer kit if it keeps dripping.

My triton martinique electric shower low pressure light comes on and the water goes cold but there is nothing wrong with the pressure

Hi,

I had a brand new Triton Rapide 3 with this issue, we had good water pressure but the light on the front would keep coming on.

I found there was a micro switch located at the front almost dead center of the shower, couldn't miss it when you removed the cover. A plastic arm below this switch is raised when the water pressure increases tripping this switch and allowing the heater to come on.

I found two things wrong with this, one this plastic leaver was thin and bent easily and secondly the switch did no line up overly well with the lever. Easily fixed, I cut an inch off the end of a zip tie or panduit strap, and super-glued it to the top of the lever (not the switch as the glue will probably ruin the micro switch.) 5 minute job later and with the shower back together it works beautifully. My wife will be happy, you wouldn't believe the torrid of curses I got this morning having only replaced the old unit last night.

Probably don't need to say this but, make sure you isolate the power before removing the cover.

MY Triton T90si electric shower continues to run when it is turned off. It is not fully on , but water keeps coming from the shower head evev when the electric isolation swithc has been turned off. Also it...

Most conventional showers have brass seats or rubber seats that can deteriorate over time. these will leak or dribble and not maintain your temp.. Rubber and brass seats are a fairly common and easy replacement. It sure beats trying to rip out a shower valve.
