The printer memory is still recalling the last problem with the printer, you will need to reset the printer, so that, the memory can refresh and detect the new installed sheet and paper. to reset, check the printer, use the manual of the printer.
You can also, reset the printer this way, power off the printer and power on back, while the printer is loading, pull out the plug of the printer from the wall, plug back and power on, this should fix the problem. All the printer needs is reset to function.

Happend twice to me. What sometimes happens is that the paper roll was not changed at the time the ink was. Therefore the paper roll was allowed to remain in the printer until the very last sheet. On the last sheet there is a sticker that says paper out. (stupid idea) This sticker makes the last sheet of paper too thick to fit through the last paper guide / feed. Because of this, the ink film breaks and that specific error message is displayed until that last piece of 4x6 is pulled from the paper feed. Clear that out, and all is good.. Change the paper every time u change the ink.
