Re: it gives messsage for dll missing.
From what i have read, this is malware, a trojan.
You need to get rid of it.
Run a program like Malwarebytes in safe mode (F8 on boot, choose safe mode with networking) also run with system restore OFF, lots of malware and viruses hide there.

User32.dll errors come from issues inside Windows that involve the User32.dll file. This file contains important information regarding graphics details for objects such as dialog boxes. When there is an issue with the file, there will be problems when using other programs that use dialog boxes and other pop-up windows. Normally, a quick Windows update will solve all errors and problems.
Click the "Start" button and then "Run." This will open the "Run" window. Type in "wupdmgr". This will open Windows Update. It will now scan the computer to detect any necessary updates that are available from Microsoft. Turn on automatic updates by clicking "Start" again, followed by "All Programs," then "Windows Update." Select "Change Settings"; then select "Include recommended updates when downloading, installing, or notifying me about updates." Click "OK" and everything will be set. Windows will download the necessary update and install it to correct the User32.dll errors Hope this helps.
In the Open box, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, and then click OK.
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regsvr32 vbscript.dll, and then click OK.
If either of the files do not register as expected, or if you receive an error message, the system file may be missing or damaged. To extract the missing file in Microsoft Windows XP, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type msconfig, and then click OK.
Click Expand File.
In the File to restore box, type the name of the file that you want to restore.
In the Restore from box, type the path of the Windows XP .cab file where you want to restore the file, or click Browse From to locate the Windows XP .cab file.
Note The Windows XP .cab files are stored in the I386 folder on the Windows XP CD.
In the Save file in box, type the path where you want to extract the new file, or click Browse To to locate the folder that you want.
In the System Configuration Utility dialog box, click OK. If you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.
Open a dialog box that previously experienced the issue that is described in the "Symptoms" section of this article. If the issue recurs, go to the next method.
Hi, Rundll.exe files are programs that are directly tied to the registry on Windows computers. Dynamic Link Library (DLL) files contain libraries of information used by other programs running on your computer. They were originally created in order to help computer programs run faster on the Windows operating system. When a DLL file is corrupt or missing, a Rundll error will be generated. Normally when a rundll error is generated it is related to malware.
Note the process that is generating the Rundll error by examining the last file name in the error that ends in ".dll."
Open the service configuration program on your computer by selecting the "Start" menu and typing "command" in the search text field. At the DOS prompt type "services:msc" and click "Enter."
Select the DLL service from Step 1. Right click the service name followed by the "Stop" menu button. Exit the service configuration program.
Open your computer's registry editor by typing "regedit" at the DOS prompt and navigate to the Rundll registry key by typing "Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" in the Search field.
Select the registry key returned and in the value associated with the registry key, confirm it ends in the same DLL file name found in Step 1. If it does, single left click the value and Press the "Delete" key. Exit the registry editor.
Restart your computer and the Rundll error will be corrected.
Rundll error is observed when computer is attacked by viruses and spyware.I think your computer is infected by virus and spyware. You can remove the viruses and spyware by using good Antivirus software, but if you want to get rid of all errors permenantely, solution is format your pc and reinstall your operating system then install good antivirus.
I think it helps

The first thing you must do is to identify the specific rundll process. This is not a difficult task; there is a vast online process library in which you can evaluate the validity of the process that is running. When the error dialog box opens make not of the process name. For example if the dialog pops up and shows you the dll error:
Error loading C:WINDOWS\ system32\ usvdgpo.dll Visit www.processlibrary.com. Copy and Paste the dll or simply type it into the search box. The results will indicate that the program is a part of trojan spyware.
STEP 2: STOP THE PROCESS
Often you can locate the Run Dll in the exe services. You can open up your services configuration by following instructions below: 1. Open your Start menu. 2. Click Run 3. In the command screen type:services.msc 4. This will bring up the Services Management window. If you drag the mouse to one of the services. It will give you a detailed explanation of the service in question. By right clicking the individual service. 5.Stop the "dll"service immediately. STEP 3: LOCATE AND DELETE
You will have to open your Windows Registry File System. This is an extremely delicate process. You may want to use a good registry cleanerThis will often fix the dll error in question, eliminate other errors and also speed up your computer. The registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ RUN
This action will help you speed up your applications load times considerable. Here is how:
1. Click Start 2. Click Run 3. Type regedit 4. Find this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ RUN
5. In the right section click:"rusvdgpo" = "%System%undll32.exe %System%usvdgpo.dll, [RANDOM LETTERS]" 6. Delete the value and Restart.
