Hi i had same problem. When you switch on Nav Cam, go to System - System Info - Factory Reset - Yes. Nav Cam will then restart& should be ok.

You will not lose your personal info ie: postcodes etc.

Make sure memory card is installed properly.

All we need now is updates if anyone know where to get them.

Unfortunatley, because of the way Vista has been written it needs an entirely different type of driver from XP, so unless there are Vista drivers for this satnav.......

This should of came with the charger. I would complain.
You can probably get the charger on ebay as well, otherwise the Evesham web site

I've wiped the card and copied the back files off the cd back onto it and put the update back on.
Seems to be working fine now but you will loose all your settings and favourates.

i have the nav cam with us maps and i am looking for euro maps.

when i turn sat nav on all i get is the evesham logo on screen
