You may need to use the actual plug this time. Unplug the unit from the wall and wait at least 90 seconds to replug it in.

If power button on remote does not work, try power button on tv to turn it Off as remote button seems not working, replace batteries of remote and/or buy new remote

Try below resets, one after the other if issue persits.


Power Drain:


  • Turn OFF the printer, disconnect the power cable from backside of the printer and from wall outlet.
  • Press and hold the Power button for 60 seconds.
  • Connect the cable and turn ON the printer.

Partial Reset


  • Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.
  • Press and hold "#" and "3" button, while holding them both insert the power cable and release the button after 10 seconds.
  • If printer turns OFF, press power button to turn it ON.

Semi-Full reset



  • Remove the ink cartridges.
  • Remove the power cable from back side of the printer while its ON.

NVM Reset

Ink system failure, error 0xc18a0001. happened suddenly, adviseme to turn it off, have turned it off, and same problem persist, it will not function a all.

Resetting the printer fixes most of 0x errors. Try next reset if the 1st one did not work.

  • If the problem exists reset the print, see below steps to reset it.
