The model number of your machine doesn't match up with anything I've seen. I'm thinking that it's a machine built by Ricoh and if so, that S/C 320 indicates that the polygon mirror motor has failed. If that is the case, it's going to be a costly repair as that part is burried way inside the machine and isn't easy to replace by the average layman. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I'm about 5,500 miles away.
