My kitchenaid 30" built in microwave/convection oven beeps all the time. I have to turn the power off to stop the beeping. when i turn the power on the beepeing starts. I am able to use the microwave for a few minutes and then it goes crazy and no longer works, just beeps constantly. KBHC109JSS Model

what you need to do to fix up oven back again

is that you will have to locate the element of your oven it has develop a lick-age from it some air get escape from it and


the element is the heat provider for your oven that allow it to carry out it function has an oven it is always in silver colour and it is connected to the maize (the wire or the hose from the gas ) which supply power to it

unscrew the oven from the back and trace the wire or the hose that connect to the element

please do this with care to avoided more damage on it

You have one or two possibilities here, one is your control board is going out. The second and most likely problem which is usually associated with this error is that the Latch to the door, or switch is failing causing this message to appear. You need to replace the latch to fix the problem. A new latch can be bought from the place you bought the oven or from RepairClinic.com

Well is there any error code on the digital display of your Microwave/oven?
Do you mean how to keep it from beeping when you press keys, or is it beeping by itself?
If the microwave oven is coming on or doing anything (beeping) by itself, this is very dangerous and can result in a fire.
First of all you cam leave it unplug for half hour, it helps you to reset your microwave/oven. If further you have the same problem please reply to the questions.......
