Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Gn/Jabra will replace it for about $50. Just call their help line.

SOURCE: i have a gn 6210

I actually took my GN 6210 apart (not recommended)--the battery is _not_ easily user-replaceable, as it appears to be directly wired to other components. I think when the battery is dead, it's the better part of valor to move on to a newer model.

I suggest http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-WEP200-Bluetooth-Wireless-Black/dp/B000GAO9T2/ which, at the time I write, is very highly rated and is only $25, $5 after rebate. But long after that deal goes, there will be other good headsets cheap, though few with the cool mobile/landline joint compatibility. (I'm mobile-oriented, myself.)

SOURCE: Hi, We have a GN

When I used this model in the past, it appears that the battery wasn't holding a charge after a year of use. I called them about it and told me that the battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore, there wasn't a battery replacement for it, and that I would have to replace it.

I believe Jabra is currently doing the support for GN. Support can be reached at this link:

Not sure what you mean by won't turn on.

If you mean no dial tone when you take it out of the cradle, I have run into this. The solution is to unplug the power cord and then plug it back in which resets the unit.

From memory, the battery in this unit is hard wired in. We used to send these to a GN repair agent for battery replacement. Sorry but it's been a while since I had to deal with one of these.
