Most probably the files you want to download no longer exists or had been deleted.

Go to this site to get codec you want, HERE

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I seem to be missing the codec G2M3 on my PC.

The way I understand it you would have to play it on windows media player after installing the codec. I went to this site that said you could download it https://www2.gotomeeting.com/codec?Portal=w...gotomeeting.com. copy and paste.

Not able to install Citrix GoToMeeting

Hi!
I am a Vista user and did have the same issue, so here what I did in order not to have this annoying error (I am not sure what action specifically did the trick):
1) Did it via Firefox (make sure you have the latest one);
2) Go to java.com and install the latest java update;
3) Go to gotomeeting.com->Login->re-install software->download manually and save g2m_download.exe file;
4) Now do Unblock and Apply in g2m_download.exe file property General tab;
5) Then Vista users need to disable UAC, I suppose this is the same as "Uncheck the “Protect my computer …”" (Go to "Control Panel" and type "UAC" into the search box. This will bring up the link: "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off." Click it. Uncheck the box next to "Use UAC to help protect my computer" then click OK. Restart.);
6) After restart right click on g2m_download.exe and "run as administrator".
Thats it!

My acer aspire laptop keeps saying windows explorer not working.

You can download the K-lite Codec Pack from the page linked below, and installing this should eliminate your error message.
