My receiver got a little water in it. It will come on now but shuts back off. Is it shot or can it be fixed

The water control valve is shot. It's not making ice because there is a constant flow of water into the ice tray. Shut the water off at the feed point for the fridge for now. If the drain gets plugged you're going to have a small catastrophe on your hands.

Everything you installed new. Please chack if not one of the gaskets came in a pipe or a line. I once had a rubber ring almost complete blocking the water flow.

Water will continue to run back down the hills to the lowest Heads and Some water will come out.It will stop once the water in the lines has Drained out.

I keep hearing how this machine makes great crema but I'm about ready to toss my machine in the dump. It seems like the water comes out way too fast no matter how I work the grinds or tamp it. Can someone contact me about what might be wrong?

lots of times you can fix a slow pump by reversing the flow of the pump , by shutting off power and forcing water back thru it with a garden hose , no dissasembly required !!!

It sounds like your receiver is going into protection mode. This usually and most commonly occurs from excessive heat. If your receiver is enclosed in a tight space with little to no ventilation than that is why you are experiencing this issue. I would suggest you try to get some ventilation and see if that will fix your problem.

If you can not shut the valve off then most likely it has calcium build up in it. I would recommend shutting off the water supply at the angle stop. Then removing the saddle valve and see what is going on. If it is built up with calcium you may be able to clean it depending on how shot it is. If you are unable to clean it then a new one is not that expensive and they are easy enough to replace

You may have froze the water tube while messing with the new one. A quick fix with a hair dryer might do the trick. Also for good measure>>>>

Is your circulating fan working?
Sometimes they stick and need a shot of WD 40 and then work
it back and forth a little until it wants to take off again. Keep me informed

Look for the section describing "macro" shots. (or just select the little button with a flower on it on the back of your camera. Remember to deselect it when going back to normal pictures)

After 10 years of use probably best to replace with a new unit. Most will be hard to find exactly wich little bit is broke.
