In the words of my teacher jb wilson 57 yrs repairing electronics long now passed. "anything can be fixed its just how much you want to pay" yes it can be fixed but of all things water is electronics worst enemy. i would suggest you get a good quote. from a local repair shop but yes being water i would not like your chances.
