Will not drain and blows muskey smell cold air.

take out front and back covers and clean the coil with a spraying cleaners.

Make sure you have enough coolant in the system. You most likely have an air bubble in your heater core.

have an accredited ac shop as an ac cannot produce hot air only cold air so that means that the ac is not working (leaks low on gas etc). The hot air is from the heater in the car and the smell is probably wire overheating or the resistors are burning.

this could be a hole in an AC line trace or have the lines traced replace and replaced Freon

Gas smell??? Freon doesn't smell like most common gasses like natural gas or propane. I believe the unit is servicable but i'm not sure you could get an A/C company out to repair an A/C of its size. If it still blows cold air I would say the problem isn't coming from your A/C unit, if there is a noticeable leak (you can smell it) in the condensor it would dump most of the freon fairly quickly. If it's not blowing cold air I would suggest replacing it, not sure if finding the leak, and getting out your oxy/acetaline torches would be worth the trouble.

Your automatic defroster coil is open and needs to be replaced along with the fan in the freezer that blows the cold air around and also blows air into refrigerator.

Bad smell down below is food rotting in that section because it is not cold enough.

replace the humidifier pad every season you may also want to install UV lights

your fan motor is shot, motor has bad brushes replace it, if u feel its still not hot, drain your rad and but a 28 oz bottle of pine sole and add water till full, run it for about 20 mins. drain, run strait water, drain, then put anti frezz in with water, 50/50 mix or mix your own. it should clean your cooling system compleatly out.. do not turn heat on while pine sole is running throw it, gives of a bad smell.

I own the Haier 9,000-BTU Portable Air Conditioner - White. This is the second day that my unit has blow out air that smells really bad. I went to check my unit to find that there was a leak of some sort of chemical that smells like what is blowing from my unit. What should I do?
