Needs domplayer what is exactly needs to my media player to play a movie that i been downloaded from the limewire. thanks for your help

My suggestion to you is you download an IVIVO media player... it is very easy to download and it will play any dvdrip downloaded movies.

You can find movies to download using free P2P programs such as limewire, or utorrent.

utorrent, however, is just a program for torrent to become active.

You must use a torrent to load onto the program to get the movie you are looking for.

Here is one site that host torrents: "mininova.org"

With limewire... the search for videos is easier but i would suggest an older version than Limewire 5

There are a number of sites for viewing and download movies but for the best collection of them i would suggest this site: "ovguide.com"

You can't use Limewire directly to transfer songs to the Nextar. You will need to transfer the songs to the Nextar using Windows Media Player. Limewire puts the songs in a folder called "Limewire Downloads" usually. You will need to open Windows Media Player, run the mouse over the "Library" tab, and select "Add to Library." Once the window pops up you will need to add the folder called "Limewire Downloads" - it may take several minutes, but Windows Media Player is going to add all of those Limewire downloads to its own library. Then, you can use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs to the Nextar.

Actually that might be possible. If you're downloading movies in the proper format already all you would have to do is choose the file destination correctly. In this case the destination My Computer:E or F(depending on your installed drives):SomeFolderName:

So if you're downloading movies with let's say LimeWire or some other P2P software you can actually set the file destinations for each type of file as well and so long as your device is plugged in at the time that is exactly where the file(s) will be saved.

Okay I know how to download songs from CDs and limewire. If you have windows media player, plug up the mp3 player then open up windows media player. Put the cd in and go to rip, choose the songs you want to rip off the cd. Then go to sync and synchronize it to the device. From limewire you type in the songs that you want to download to limewire. Open up my computer and go to your device plugged in. Then drag the items over to the devices open window. Also it helps if you just play around with it on the computer!

Just want to inform you that downloading a movie from limewire doesnt guarantee you 100 per cent that you what you download is what you want. More often, you are about to download promotions / advertisements , porn and hopefully not viruses.

There are literally hundreds of audio and video codecs out there,
not to mention the dozens of possible media containers
(file-formats) to hold and synchronize the audio and video
streams in a movie.

1) The first step is to identify the codecs and container interfaces
needed to play each file.

2) Download a copy of the G-SPOT codec information
appliance from:

3) Use this awesome tool to identify the codecs and container,

then download the correct codecs.

You can also test/play the movie from within GSPot.

4) Finally, keep in mind that media from P2P downloads
is often corrupt (or worse) which may be the reason
the audio does not work. The file type could also be
mislabeled or have the wrong extension.

5) I recomend emule over lime wire, with an inter-connected
VLC player. The VLC player is very good at playing
incomplete or damaged movies and audio. (it is free)

6) Finally, when downloading movies, alway DL more than
one version at the same time, hoping one will work.

prefer larger files for better quality, and avoid small files
like the plague because the are often malware.

A movie should be at least 5 MB per minute. Anything
smaller than that is highly suspect.

You'll need to re-encode those movies before they'll play on your device. You can do it with this fantastic piece of free software. It's very easy to convert movies with it.

You are needing a new Logic Board for this. Do you download stuff from LIMEWIRE at all? This has caused a lot of apple Ipods to get runined due to viruses being transferd to it.
