Question about Soltek SL-65KV2-T Motherboard
A WHILE AGO I THINK I HAD A VIRUS OR SOMETHING, BUT THE COMPUTER BLEW A FUSE WHILST IN USE, WHEN I REPAIRED THE FUSE AND RESET CMOS AND THEN SWITCHED THE COMPUTER BACK ON, THE MONITOR DID NOT WORK, IT SEEMS IT DOES NOT GET A SIGNAL FROM THE COMPUTER TO TURN ITSELF ON. AFTER I HAVE TURNED THE COMPUTER ON/OFF 2 TO 3 TIMES THE MONITOR CLICKS AND STARTS WORKING. I HAVE AN IDENTICLE COMPUTER AND THE MONITOR WORKS FINE SO ITS GOT TO BE THE PC
I HAVE RAN THE SOLTEK CMOS INSTALL DISC BUT IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE
Hi, does the pc load up to bios and does the pc power up, how did you reset cmos was it by the jumper or by the battery if you done one try the other. If none of that works, you may off blew or damages the power supply unit, you could of also damaged the motherboard which can happen because this same thing happened to me. and the cpu may have been damaged. get back to me with more details of what i said above and are see what i can do for you. Thanks
