It won't come on. it only has a red E1 on the front

Thirst thing to try is take the batterys out of the remote and push all of the buttons to get any electric static for say 3 to 5 minutes if that don't work try to see if your remote signal works by using your iphone and take a few photos of the remote beam when pressing ,or the remote in the tv might have gone. Ps happened to me

E1 might be a stuck key on the keypad... they are sometimes flakey .. maybe water getting into the keypad ... at any rate the remote control usually still works .. eventually sometimes the key pad starts to work again (maybe when it dries out)

So, based on solutions from those other sites, I pulled off the front panel, turned it over and removed the 4 screws from the back of the control pad (not the six screws on the outer perimeter). I looked for a stuck button but did not find one. I just pushed all the buttons a few times in case one was stuck (as suggested on other sites) and that did it!

IT CAN BE A STUCK VALVE IVE BEEN SEEING A LOT OF THAT THIS YEAR CK TO SEE IF THE PUSH ROD IS BENT HOW YOU DO THAT IS REMOVE THE COVER ON THE FRONT OF THE MOTER ITS HELD ON WITH 4 BOLTS THEN ONCE THATS OFF YOU CAN PUSH ON THE VALVE TO SEE IF ITS STUCK SOME TIMES THE SET SCREW BACK OFF IF THATS ALL IT SI THAN PUT SOME LOCK TITE ON THE SET SCREW AND RESET IT LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED THE SETINGS ILL TELL YA ILL LOOK THEM UP FOR YA

Check the wiring. If it's okay, reset by switching the power from the outside unit off for approx. 1 minute.

there are six screws in the base and two in the back of the unit. After taking off the top I saw a red button on the front that was a little pushed out - I pushed it in and I got the led lights back :)

pls check the power supply this happens when the router's supply is faulty or the power outlet in WALL ,

otherwise try this see for RESET button on the back of Router press it for 30 SEC when ur router is ON and it will resolve for sure let me know if it doesnt solve i can help more

An E1 error is automatically generated after the AC runs for so many hours to remind you to clean the filter. The owners manual says to clean the filter and unplug the unit, then plug unit back in and code will be reset. However, a User review stated that his code was not reset until he followed a fairly simple routine. "Unplug the unit. Hold down the power button and plug back in. Wait to hear a "beep" and then unplug it again. Plug unit in again and it should restart without E1 code."

F5-E1 is a fault code denoting a failed door lock/latch mechanism. Before having it replaced, go outside to you main breaker box and turn the power off to it for a couple of minutes... try to reset the controller. If the fault code appears again, the door lock/latch mechanism needs to be replaced.
