im sorry..

ur not give me the problem details...

however..

u can try to check..

1.The printer hardware connected and switch on..

2.Makesure the signal cable fro ur hardware connected to the pc...

3.Makesure the DRIVER ur hardware installed to your pc using your operating system..

if u follow all this suggesttion..

ur mayb will fix it...

uninstall printer software and reinstall...should solve the problem
