Question about Dell A960 All-In-One InkJet Printer
That is not a fix. That is just a work around. How do we know the cartridges are working properly?

Here's a solution from Dell Technical Support hotline - just hit cancel as soon as the pirnter starts the alignment process. It worked for me! You will have to cancel the alignment page every time you turn on your printer, but that's better than no printing at all.
