OK I was lucky enough to find a service information sheet inside the TV.I found the boards you mentioned and took out the top power convergence board to look for broken solder connections but it didn't seem bad. Then I banged on both but had no change. It almost seems like It fails when it warms up..I did some research and found a post from another tech saying he has seen this problem alot with this model and it s usually one of the big diodes on the convergence power board.I have some experience with electronics but I don't have a meter to test with nor do I remember how to test diodes My only option I think is to reflow both boards...What do you think ??

Here is the # on the Power Board 1529642D
There is also a sticker on the Board that has a Bar code...On the bottom it reads Power 060 B 12460851382519
I haven't taken out the Convergence board yet (lots of wires ) But if you need some numbers from that let me know and I'll try to take it out.

Strange thing happened that might help in your diagnosis..... 2 days ago after taking the power board out to get the part # for you I put it back in and had turned the TV back on and after a minute or two it turned bad again so I turned it off and then back on quickly ( 1 click ) and the picture stayed good for 2 days so I kept it on..Today I turned it off and it's back to doing the same thing.I also noticed that I can't click it back on quickly ( takes about 3 clicks ).......strange

Sounds like a loose solder connection on the Convergence board or the convergence power board. If you are savvy and electrically safe, tap on the boards with an insulated screwdriver to see which has the loose connection, and you can resolder to fix. Repair from a service center = $150-300

Yes that convergence power board does cause issues a lot, most of the time i've seen it, it will just fail permanently. You can check for the voltage out.. should be like + and - 24 volts. If that is missing, then you know that it is on the power side. If it works cold and goes out like 15 min everytime, that does sound like a semi-conductor/diode problem. You could get a new diode and hopefully fix, a lot of those have a larger IC that could be bad, that is the part that usually fails. I always just replaced the board with a whole new one, that was before they because no longer available. If you can hit the boards and it does come back, suspect the solder and reflow the board, but unless you can get it to snap back, that prob won't fix. If you need a board, I have a used one I could sell you through ebay. Let me know how else I can help.

Do you think you can get some of the numbers off of it? I have a couple different boards, and in my experience I think they're all pretty interchangeable.. but i'm having trouble pulling up the part numbers for specific models..

Ok, I'll dig through and find them and see if they match up close or what. I did find some on ebay for about 50-75$ if you don't want to wait for me. I will sell you one for $40 shipped if you can bear with me. Thanks, I'll get back to you.

I recently moved and apparently after I moved, I'm guessing that the projector moved and it looks blurry and double picture, how cam I fix this?

you might have a bad connection going to the convergence move , a connector might have came off. Or the cable that that you are using going to the set, is defective and needs to be replaced.

It is possible that your television needs to be degaussed. Gaussing occurs in televisions that have magnets, (usually speakers) placed to close to the unit. A degaussing coil can be purchased at a good electronic supply store. Simply follow the instructions that come with it. If this does not fix the problem, the television will require repair by a qualified service center.
