Deleting Welcome from Wing

The system tells me that I can't delete it because it's being used by another program.

My phone is stuck on the alignment screen after a hard reset. I read on here where others have removed the welcome in the file. They said then you could use the key pad only. But when I tried to remove the welcome it states that it's being used by another phone. Which I also have the HTC tilt.

Can you be more specific? What welcome exactly are you talking about?

Others have post that if you go in sytem file when you connect your phone to the computer you can delete the welcome file from there and use the key pad on your phone. Because mine is stuck on the alignment screen. Thanks

Can not delete it is used by another program close any program that might be using the file an try again

Reboot the computer and as soon as you get back into windows try deleting the file again. If you get the same message then go into MSCONFIG (type it in the search box) into the startup tab. Disable all the programs and reboot the computer. Try deleting the file again. If you still can't delete it then it may be a system file your trying to delete and those I wouldn't mess with because it could screw up windows.
Last thing to try would be to boot up your computer in safe mode. Since it doesn't load much into memory you should be able to delete your file that way for sure.

Was deleting unnecessary programs off home computer and may have accidently deleted a program but not sure what it was. The problem is whatever I deleted does not allow me to update any programs such as...

Best Bet:

Try going to Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Restore

Go back to before you began removing the programs. Also, remember whenever removing programs always use the uninstall feature, just deleting them can leave a lot of junk in your registry, cause possible corruptions and lead to sluggish PC performance.

Unable to sync my T-Mobile Wing with computer

The T-Mobile Wing is not compatible with Windows Mobile Device Center vr. 6.1
My computer had updated itself to the higher version during a Windows update a few weeks ago.
Once vr. 6.1 was uninstalled, and vr. 6.0 was reinstalled, I was able to sync my Wing again.

Hpoipm07.exe

Hi

hpoipm07.exeis a process installed alongside HP Printers and provides additional configuration options for these devices. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.
