problem,the led display is showing e5, possible cause,over current protection..solution.unplug for 10.minutes then turn on the unit and if the e5 is still showing contact customer services or a dealer.
Ok what you need to do is call your local service company and have a technician come out and check your Thermostat, its currently not able to read humidity probably due to a power surge
