This unit stops for no apparent reason during large print jobs from image stored on HDD and sends me an email indicating that the unit requires "Operator Assistance", but at the control panel there is no indication why or messages displayed. In most cases the user just presses Start and it continues the job.
Any ideas?
Pete

- Thanks Nitrotrike,
I will work with this knowledge and see if I can get the printer to "ignore" the error as it doesn't seem to affect the job.
