If you are getting an error message that states USER INTERVENTION REQUIRED or USE PRINTER OFFLINE, the printer driver may have become disabled. Please follow the directions below to resolve this issue.

Please note that the printer must be in an online state

    WINDOWS XP

    1) (a) Click START select CONTROL PANEL and click on PRINTERS AND FAXES.
NOTE: If you cannot locate PRINTERS AND FAXES, Follow 1(b).
    1) (b) Click START select CONTROL PANEL double click PRINTERS AND OTHER HARDWARE, and click on VIEW INSTALLED PRINTERS AND FAXES.
    2) Highlight the icon of your printer with a single click.
    3) Click on FILE.
    4) The only check mark showing should be beside SET AS DEFAULT.
    5) Ensure that there is no check mark beside PAUSE PRINTING or USE PRINTER OFFLINE.
    6) Simply click on the check marks to remove it.
    7) Try printing.

I have Lexmark X125 and get message "Check Cartride" I put a new Black Cartride in and get message " None Changed" Printer won't print. What can I do?

What is the black cartridge version that you are using on your Lexmark X125 printer? If you are inserting a photo cartridge on your printer, please follow these steps: 1. Remove the black cartridge and insert the photo cartridge. The printer LCD screen will display CARTRIDGE? NONE CHANGED. 2. Press the Options button to select NEW RIGHT and then press Start. The printer LCD screen will now display RIGHT CARTRIDGE? 3. Use the Options button to select the STD PHOTO cartridge type and click Start. An Alignment page will then print. When the Alignment page is fully printed, the LCD screen will display CARTRIDGE ALIGN. 15 [00-30] A , where - 15 represents the straightest line on the page; - [00-30] is the value range you can select from, between 00 and 30 - A represents the line in each section. 4. Use the numbers on the keypad to select the number of the line you think is the straightest. As you press the number, the LCD will change to the next line automatically. Select the number representing the straightest line in each section.

2. Press the PAUSE key once. [The display will read 'PAUSE'.]
3. Press and hold the PAUSE key until four or five labels feed forward.

Paper jam error message

This problem is a detection problem, due to a bad sensor selection or incorrect label size.

If the labels are white labels with a separation between each, select TRANSMISSIVE. If the labels are preprinted, select the TRANSMISSIVE PREPRINTED LABELS and set the threshold doing this.

With the printer in ONLINE, press PAUSE once, the message PAUSE appears in the display, press and hold on the PAUSE key, TRANSMISSIVE is displayed, release the key and press PAUSE until labels starts to feed, let feed some labels (5 or 6) and release the key. Press Restart and start to print.
