I can't acces to my chili box server, I beleive the IP address lost. IP address was 192.168.1.3 but I can't access with that IP anymore

You can use any proxy server to browse YouTube if it has been blocked in your region. Am external proxy server could mask your real IP address with a fake IP address. To resolve this problem, follow these steps.

1. Using the Internet Service Manager (Microsoft Management Console), open the Internet Information Server (IIS) snap-in and select the Web site reporting the 403.6 error. you need to replace your modem with a router that is capable of running Network Address Translation. You are trying to route private IP's (192,168.x.x) over the public IP (internet) network.

turn the router upside down you will see the IP address to acces it at the bottom of the router or you open network connection center and give it a static IP if it can not fix it own IP
