Usually, if you have an Intel graphics card (Most of these come onboard a Motherboard) then you have pressed Ctrl-Alt Left or Ctrl-Alt-Right. Try Pressing Ctrl-Alt-Up or Ctrl-Alt-Down. This should put your screen back to the right rotation.
To disable this, there should be a blue monitor icon in the bottom right hand status bar. You can disable the keyboard shortcuts by right clicking on that icon and selecting disable shortcuts (or something like that)

Close all applications.
Click on the apple in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Select "Restart" from the menu.
Press restart button located on the upper right-hand corner of the keyboard. Your computer will turn back on.
Press the power button located in the upper right hand side of the keyboard, just above the eject button.
Continue to depress the button for 10 seconds. The computer will power off.
Press the power button again to turn your laptop back on.
