Question about Computers & Internet
I have a GE 98763 wireless optical mouse. I purchased it as a package with a wireless aluminum keyboard for Mac. The keyboard installation went smoothly but I cannot get Mac to recognize the mouse. The USB plug in light comes one, the red sensor light is on on the mouse, the Mac trackpad quits working when it senses the mouse - but the mouse does not respond. So, maybe Mac recognizes the mouse but the mouse is not doing it's job? Any suggestions?
I've got one of those. We had problems with it chewing batteries up. You might try another mouse on that computer, and try that mouse on another computer.
