Coffee comes out fine, wont deliver milk or hot water from spout

Sounds like milk steam apparatus is clogged. Try to disassemble this portion and clean thoroughly. Descaling will not help this section.

Coffee is dripping out of machine.

You have a pump issue. If it's new take it back and get another one. It's probably not worth trying to replace the pump on your own.

Cafe barista not frothing

the frother gradually gets milk buildup and loses suction- an air blast through the milk tube and up the spout (can get an aerosol at hardware store) will help as well as the cleaning cycle. Also I used a q tip to the top of the spout several times but just had the q tip top come off and may have blocked it completely

The tap leaks when showeris on

Probably a bad seal on the diverter gate assembly. If you feel confident taking apart your spout and replacing it do so, that model is pretty expensive so worst case scenario you will have to replace it.

My machine says " fix

It says fit jets in central spout, not fix. The stainless steel cover over where the coffee comes out sits on top of the central jets. pull the dispenser down as far as it will go. Now pull it straight out to you. reach up and grab the black plastic piece that holds the central jets. pull it straight down. Now fit the central jet housing into the stainless steel cover. put the cover back on and push it firmly up into place. if it still says fit central jets, pull the stainless steel cover down and slam it up a little harder. there is a switch up inside that needs to feel the presence of the central jets so it doesnt spray coffee and milk everywhere. You should be cleaning those jets every 24 hours anyway. Get the manual out and go through the maintenance proceedures. that milk will start to turn into green cheese if you dont clean the jets and pipework every night.

DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THE LEFT SIDE

Add water to the left side, tighten well. Put milk in the stainless steel carafe.
Add coffee to the left side container in the filter basket. Place carafe under the coffee container. Turn knob toward you to the 'off' position. Turn power to 'on' on Espresso (left) side. Once coffee is about halfway brewed, place stainless steel carafe with milk under the steamer with spout just below milk line, and turn knob away from you to the 'on' position. Frothing the milk is an art form and becomes easier with practice. Make sure all steam is depleted, then enjoy your cappuccino!
To make espresso, do the above without the milk.

Spout for frothing milk pops out

You can get the user manual on this link if you need it; http://www.gaggiaparos.co.uk/ Check page 6 of the download, page 12 of the manual - the spout should just pull off and push back on. If it wont, then either something needs cleaning more, something is stuck in the tube or more likely the part of the nozzle that comes off, something is broken, or you need to use a little bit more force. If it appears broken, (check in particular for a fine crack that is only visible when the nozzle is stretched i.e. when in place. This type of plastic often will close a crack enough to be near invisible when not under tension.) then you could try gluing it although i doubt if this would work. You could just put a stainless steel hose clamp around it, tighten up just enough to make the nozzle spout stay on (bit of a pain, but may work). You can contact gaggia for a replacement - in the USA; Importika 596 Fishers Station Dr. 14564, Victor, NY Mr. Salzman Ph. 585.742.5178 Fax 585.924.1499 web site: www.importika.com e-mail: [email protected] Hope this helps - if you can post back a photo or two close up of the problem area, i may have more ideas :)
