Check if the issue is with the TV by connecting any other device.
If the issue is with the TV, then try resetting the TV to the factory settings by performing the below steps:
To reset the TV, turn ON the TV, then while holding down the UP ARROW button on
the Remote Control, press the Power button on the TV front panel.
The TV will
turn OFF and then turn ON again. Then release the UP ARROW button to complete
the reset procedure.
If the issue still persists, try Power resetting the TV.
To Reset the TV, please disconnect the power cord for a short period of time
(approximately 1 minute). Then, reconnect the power cord and power on the TV.
If the issue still persists, service is required for the TV.
