First, setup the outside phone number on a Speed Dial Bin #:
Press Speed, Speed, 9000. Enter the phone number to forward to. Press Speed once more, then ON/OFF.

Then on the phone you wish to forward:
Press ON/OFF, FWD, *9000

To cancel forwarding:
Press ON/OFF, FWD

I also need to know how to do this. We have the Lucent 18D and no where in the manual does it say how to forward a call or an extension to an outside line
