Format the memory in the computer using all-in-one memory card card reader. But if it cannot complete the formatting or it hangs up in the computer then your sd card is broken.

Good Luck!

My green light won't go off on my dynex webcam

It sounds like your webcam software is hanging on to a program somewhere, and the chat program thinks its already in use.
This is unusual, insomuch that the webcam continues to transmit - almost as if its being forced by another program.
I always disconnect and re-connect the webcam to reboot it before going into chat, but its never had the light on.
Have a good scan of your programs to ensure you have no redundant webcam software creating conflicts.
I would suggest you uninstall the software - disconnect the webcam and install new software

How to connect webcam to

When going from program to program using the same webcam it can 'hang up' on the old program.
To overcome this, reboot the webcam by disconnecting it from the computer for about 30 seconds before opening the new program.
If its a built-in webcam you will have to re-start the computer

Have you set your cam up on skype
Go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, and click on Audio Settings
and set the Microphone and Speakers
to the computer Audio Card.
Then click on the Video Settings.

When I start the webcam while chatting, computer hangs

Could be a memory problem. I have a gig of ram on my old Dell Dimension XPS with WinXP and it works fine. If you have 512 or less I would suggest adding some anyway, for overall better performance. At least to a gig. 512 x 2. 'Hope that helps.
