posted by cooknjules on Apr 23, 2008

Hi! Love my 4000....have had it about 9 months. Recently started to not register random key punches. Rather inconvenient since I do a lot of data entry. I replaced the batteries and still having this problem intermittently. Not sure what to do!?!
