Question about Fisher and Paykel 24 in. DD603H W Built-in Dishwasher
Top drawer keeps beeping. takes a few goes for it to actually start. then it will stop and beep. even when it gets through a cycle and is turned off... its turns itself on and starts beeping intermitantly. annoying at 2am in the morning....
It may be that the DW thinks the drawer may have been pulled open. On the right side, near the top. there are two light pipes on the drawer. One sends an infrared beam of light to a reflective area on the cabinet, the other receives this light. This is how the drawer senses whether the drawer is open or closed. Wipe these areas with a clean dry cloth.
