Down near front, hinge which front door/transfer belt pivots on also moves a vertical bar (inside left?) up + down to release cartridges/open flaps. There may be a linear gear meshed with a round gear down in the left side. everything has to be meshed and start from home position to work properly. follow the mechanism from the hinge(s) to see where it came loose.

First of all please check inside of the printer. You have to look for any piece of paper, paperclip or something like this. Then, please remove your printer cartridge and try to print with another one. There is an option that your printer "FUSER FIXING FILM" is damaged and that's why the paper sticks in that place. You have to find a skilled person for further assistance. pif
You might wanna try removing and reinserting the cartridges and make sure that they are properly fitted in.
Sometimes cleaning the cartridge and the carriage where you took out the cartridges from with a damp lint free cloth does the trick.
If you still have that message, open the cartridge access door.
If the carriage is stuck at the right side of the printer, move the carriage to the left side by hand.
If it's stuck on the left side, try moving it by hand in the right side of the printer. Then while the printer is turned on, unplug it from the wall outlet and then plug it back in.
If the printer does not turn on, use the power button.
Try printing again.

keep the printer ON.then open the flap on the front side.there is a small gap made in the flap to get it opened.as u open the flap the cartridges will automatically move and come in the position where u can remove the cartridges.just pull the cartridge to the dwn side near to you and it will come out.in the same way insert the new cartridge.
i had this problem, paper was jammed in between printer cartrage and the right wall ( when lookin at it from front).
open top flap of the printer, u will have access to the cartrage (the thing that moves side to side whilst printing) move that to the left and have a look on the right hand wall. you should see quite a bit of paper jammed up in that area, make sure u clean throughly, get a torch if psooible, close flap then ure eon ure way
I was having same problem but it was a paper jam all the time and then it started to state Cairrage Jam. And what was happening was the unit the cartridges sit in was not going all the way to the right. A little nudge and you could feel it move. Closed lid and sometimes it would print but eventually it would fail. Just replaced but I suspect if you can get to the cairrage you could clean/repair whatever was keeping it from going all the way to the right.
