Recommend that U get (purchase) a good anti-virus like Shield Deluxe to protect Ur system. Use Msconfig to cleanup Ur startup and use disk clean then defrag. Clean and defrag often, once a week. And keep in mind that itunes is a Mac program and nothing runs perfect on windows.

You will need a windows CD. It can be what ever windows you would like. I highly recommend Windows 7.
Put this disk into the drive, restart the computer and you must have it boot from the DVD-Drive. You are looking for a boot menu when you computer first starts up. When you finally get it to boot, follow the instructions and you will wat to "format" your drive.
PLEASE NOTE, this will delete everything on your computer and make it like its fresh out of the box. Please backup everything you want to save! This is mostly documents, Music, Pictures, videos, bookmarks, settings etc.
Hi! Try system restore first and check if that will remove the virus but if not then you can reset the machine to factory defaults by pressing ALT+F10 during start up or when the acer logo appears on your screen.Follow the prompts and you should be able to reset the computer to factory image.Make sure you back up important files because it will wipe the system clean.hope this helps...
Try Shutting down your computer and unplug the power from you computer for 5 min. and plug it back in and boot it up. When you do that your mainboard has to re-boot all its drivers includding USB so it sarts fresh. Then right click select "Send To" send it to the Usb hub your sandisk is port that you want it to store on. See if that works
