AveoCap cam wont work (by 4 users)

I get the message "You have no video capture device" for my inbuilt wecam. how do i overcome this problem?

i have simple same problem with my camera ,when i start my camera it show message errors,as filter capture, and make windows in safe mode as more biger screen...my laptop is msi vr601-074e,

whell...it was quite a stupid problem with me
on my laptop i had a several quick-lunch buttons next to mq on/off button.It is possible that i used some of them to see the efect.So on mi MSI i turned the camera off from the"p1" button.Hope you had the same simple solution.
