I cant save camera photo, when i try 'no files' indicates
Have to reflash the phone so try online at topsony.com or take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the phone for you.

Definitely Yes! First of all, you should stop saving any new files to your Samsung ES70 (or SD card) or taking new pictures.
